A BOOK OF IMAGE TRANSFERS

In our mixed media community we tend to refer to Image Transferring as the specific process in which toner or ink of a picture is lifted from one surface to another. And yes, it is so. However, isn’t that the essence of our creative practice in general? One in which we keep on changing, transferring, transforming, and moving images forth? From surface to surface? To mimic all that life continuously asks of us? So let’s explore both, the specific, and the general, both image transferring methods and also painting, collaging, writing, and drawing. And then let's gather all our 'transfers' to make ourselves a rich and satisfying book of our own.
