THE REBELLIOUS STITCHER

February 13-16, 2025, (10am – 4pm) in Salem, Oregon

This 4 day mixed media workshop is for The Rebellious Stitcher among us. In it we’ll be using threads as line and mark makers, stitch, unpick, and mend, along with other practices of mixed media such as painting, dyeing, drawing, writing, and more. We’ll make one large piece or create a body of work on multiple surfaces of your choice. We will gather for a raw, visceral, sensual, sensorial, and tactile experience, and yes, rebellious too. As always we'll aim to recall a time where we were care free and brave in the expression of our intimate worlds.
