Navigating self-care and the care for others THROUGH ART is a deck of 48 (3.5” x 3.5”) cards, a compilation of mixed media pieces I created on 8" x 8” black gessoed canvases specifically for this project and 48 written thoughts about this subject by people like you, poetic voices of our shared community, strong stances of diverse and contemporary artists, and good old and fierce inspirations brought forth from my early adulthood.
